Now Forza is free with Xbox One purchase

Actually, you can get Forza or Titanfall. Some one already asked Nelson if you could get both and he said no.

 

I'll say the same thing I've said in every thread like this 1 so far: If you were a day 1 adopter, you paid for an additional 5 months of gaming that those who aren't day 1 adopters will NEVER have. You at least, will have the opportunity to play the game
they will be getting for free.

 

As for people upset, it's part of the risk of buying launch day so I don't think MS is doing anything wrong by not offering anything.

That being said, it would be good marketing for MS to at least give a little bone to day one buyers (a year Live Gold would cost them nothing and go a long way to making people feel that MS cares and create good will). Not only would it create good will,
it would stop people who look at how fast they introduced this new deal who then go, "Well, if I buy now they might get cheaper in just a few months and then I'll have paid too much". Those same people might see that people who bought early aren't getting
"shafted" and aren't losing out just for buying early. It would create more loyal customers who have goodwill towards MS, wouldn't really cost them much at all, and assauge fears of people who see how quick the price went down that they won't lose out by not
waiting a little more (and you want people to buy at first whim rather than wait and have a chance to think).

Yes, it is a risk of buying early. But usually most people assume that there isn't going to be a better deal on something like a console until at least a year so people will be a little upset if they realized they could have just waited a few months to get
a price drop.

 

It's the same generation that gets a trophy EVEN if they lose the ballgame; they might become damaged if they don't feel as special as the winning team.

March 22nd will be xbox ones 4th month out

And it is less than four months as well try 3 months 13 days if you want to be exact.

 

I count November, December, January, February, & March - that's 5 months. They may not be whole months, but they still count IMO. You can't technically count in months since every month is either 30 or 31 days with February itself being 28 (or 29 on a leap
year). It's not consistent enough to be used as an accurate counting measure.

 

Yeah I got my 5 months of limited/special time gaming on the day1 edition. Oh wait their was nothing special. Nothing that anyone else didn't get. That special black box is the same black box in the titan bundle.

Well I am NOT upset... These people are just now getting their Xbox one. I have spent every day since Nov 22, 2013 developing my skills. I have MASTER games such as --- Ryse. Killer Instinct, Lego Marvel Super Heros, AC4 Black Flag. LoL they have months
begore they could catch up with me in skill and gamer points. I am already on Level 14 due to TitanFall Beta. They are ROOKIES on their new consoles. I feel like the MS controller is my very own hand. I have actually MELD with my console. It's funny when I
play against someone and they LOSE, then they say I just got my console yesterday. I be looking like well I had mine since launch and good luck on getting to my level.....

Um, I'm fairly certain your level 14 rank from the Titanfall Beta will NOT carry over into the full-game...
