November xbox rewards deposit date?

I was wondering when the rewards for November will be deposited? I thought it was on the 15th, I spent a lot last month and have been planning to spend them.

EA Access $5 credit not working

Hey there!

While signed into Microsoft Commerce, look for any Xbox Live Rewards Deposits from the week of November 17th, 2016 (11/17/16). If you see a rewards deposit from that week, that means you're set.
If you do not have access to the funds now, and you've had purchases made after the deposit, that may indicate that the rewards credit was already used.

Xbox Rewards didn't deposit

Hi!

My Xbox Rewards Credit was supposed to deposit into my account on November 15th, but did not. I wanted to use this Credit for the upcoming Black Friday sale.

Please help!?

Hi NoeLennon420. Canada is no longer part of the Rewards program as of September 30th. Members who did not opt out of the program and did not disable email communications with us were migrated over to Microsoft Rewards. The last deposit made to your Microsoft
account with your remaining pending Credits was on October 11th.

The rewards are typically deposited 10-15 business days after launch. That would mean they should be deposited sometime between November 11th and November 18th. If you do not receive them by then the reward staff would have to review your account to see
what the issues is.

For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. The next deposit date is scheduled for the 13th. If you had over 5,000 credits pending before the 1st, they would be deposited on that date.

Well, in order to get them on the deposit date it has to be a minimum of three days beforehand. I did that and the next deposit date at the time was November 20 (today).

The refunds for Xbox Fitness started going out sometime around June. They will also be listed as a Rewards deposit which is why you may not notice it. Check the dates of your Rewards deposits on the Rewards site vs. the dates you had credits added to your
account on the billing site. Any that take place on dates not listed on the Rewards site would be your Fitness refund.
