November Xbox Quest Rewards Not Received

Hello,

I have not yet received my rewards for completing the November Xbox Quests as stated in the title. I have heard of several other people with the same issue. Can anyone help me out with this?

I completed my November Xbox Quest Rewards. i never received my reward still

All that and you give me a game I already own? Seriously?

 

Unfortunately the Xbox Forums team are unable to guarantee the specific reward for these kind of promotions, especially as it is drawn out of a random pool of prizes. Apologies for any frustration this has caused. If there is a scenario where you receive
the same reward from Quests that you can't redeem more than once, please feel free to post a thread so we can take a look into it.
