November xbox live quest proof

Was told I wasnt eligible due to not getting two of the games with gold that month. Here is proof I got nights into dreams and deadfall adventures. Both part of GWG. Also downloaded trackmania for xbox one. Had tales of borderlands already so couldnt
do that one.

Never got my Xbox live quest reward.

I got my Xbox gamepass quest reward for January but never got the Xbox live quest one. This is the second time this happened to me. November reward never came but was cleared up here with proof. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Apologies for the late reply. Could you post up the date you redeemed Trackmania on
Microsoft Commerce? Since you redeemed Nights into Dreams in October, that would not count towards the progress of November's Xbox Quest.

 

Trackmania doesnt show up on microsodt commerce for some reason. But I downloaded it on 11/1/2017. Not sure why nights doesnt count downloaded it first day it became available for November's GWG. As you can see in the picture I have the game installed and
can play it from the GWG and have option to buy it to own.
