November xbox live quest prize

Completed the xbox live quest for November but never received the prize. I got the xbox game pass quest prize on 12/12/2017 but not the other. Completed all requirements for quest.

November Gold Quest No Reward

Hello,

I completed the requirements for the November Xbox Live Gold Quest, but never received my guaranteed mystery prize. Is this still pending?

 

Also a lot of people got the December live and gamepass quest prizes on Friday. Didnt recieve either. Hopping I just have to wait a little longer for my prizes. Not sure why they dont but these quest need a way to track what you completed. Any help would
be appreciated.
