November Update mess with NAT?

I've recently had some issues with NAT being moderate for multiple Xbox One's in our house, where as sometimes one may be open, the other restricted, or currently, both restricted. I've assigned my XBone to a specific IP and opened up all the required ports
for that IP address. The xbox can still get on xbox live, but the NAT is still moderate. Is anyone else having this issue? Is this from the newest update?

What Country/State/Province do you live in? United States, Pennsylvania

Modem brand & model number: Stock Verizon Modem

Router brand & model number: Linksys E2500

How many 360 and One consoles are connected to this router?: 2 Xbox Ones

Wired or wireless (for each console): Wireless for both

Things you have tried: Reseting modem and router to factory defaults, enabling UPnP, Opening required ports for my Xbox One

Is UPnP Enabled? Yes

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type? Moderate

Any Error Codes you encounter: When testing wireless connection I get "Your network is good, but Xbox Live isn't"

Who is your ISP?(Internet Service Provider): Verizon FIOS

Preview update messes with console?

He already stated he isn't registered in the program therefore this can't be a part of the preview updates if he didn't purchased his console used then it's a technical error on the Xbox servers recognizing him as a member.

At this point repairs wouldn't fix it but if he contacted official support via online chat / phone then they may be able to update his account an console removing him officially from the program they may be able to push through a update to his console (Provided
with the serial number he should give to them) and bring him back to the previous public update.

Sadly i don't know the tools support has so i can't say for sure that they are able to do that but it seems like they should be able too if not then i recommend the OSUDT in the link i posted previous to this but before that factory reset the console in
the settings clearing up all useless data / code that your console may have downloaded.

Thanks for the responses guys! While it is obviously annoying for me, I mostly want to help trace what is causing this by giving as much relevant info as possible and maybe allow the team to make a fix.

@Jaymo, I purchased my Xbox One brand new back when the Titanfall bundle came out. I believe I signed up for the preview program but was never accepted, could that somehow result in what you were mentioning and be confusing my console? Because the timing
of the lockups and hard freezing happens is oddly close to the release of preview releases. And thanks for passing this along.

 

Hi there. Unfortunately there are two issues mixed up at the moment.

The more important issue is, that xbl is currently experiencing problems. That's why you get that error message which tells exactly this. So there is no way at the moment as to wait for all the services to get back working.

The other issue is, if using more than one Xbox One on one router, you have only the possibility to use UPnp to manage the network traffic of both consoles. As soon as you configure any portforwardings you will experience problems on at least one of both
consoles. So please use UPnp only and delete any configured portforwardings. Unfortunately there are some routers having problems using UPnp with more then one console, but I am not sure on yours exactly.
