November Quest Prize Not Received

Was advised to post again if I had not received my prize by today. I completed all 3 parts of the quest. I downloaded 3 of 4 games, had 1800+ gamer score, and logged into mixer roughly 2 full weeks in a row. Last month I got the bottom of the barrel $5 gift
card and heard others got games for free. I was hoping for something good, but have been given nothing. Could somebody please help.

Completed the xbox live quest for November but never received the prize. I got the xbox game pass quest prize on 12/12/2017 but not the other. Completed all requirements for quest.
