November Quest Issue

I completed all 3 steps in the November Quest Promotion for the guaranteed mystery prize back in November. It stated to allow up to 4 weeks for Microsoft to send you your reward via Xbox Live Message. It is now December 31st and I have yet to receive a message.
I signed into Mixer about 7 consecutive days, downloaded both free games with gold, and earned about 600 gamerscore. Would like to know what's up

I also completed the December quests early into the month but I understand it hasn't been 4 weeks, just want to know if I'm wasting my time, or if there's a way to redeem it..
