November challenges

I have completed 2/3 of November's challenges for a guaranteed $10 reward, but they aren't lighting up. I've all ready gone through support, and did their whole spiel (i.e. deleting and redownloading my profile, etc) and after that didn't work they told
me to come here.

Are you saying that your challenges are showing that today is November 14 or that you are unable to see challenges available on November 14?

Game Pass November Goal

In november i played over 10 hours of banjo-kazooie for the november game pass challenge and havent recieved my mystery prize yet

Which specific promotion are you posting in regards to, the Game Pass Goals or the Xbox Quest? Keep in mind that for both promos, rewards will be sent out in waves and all eligible users will receive their rewards 30 days after the end of the month. You

I was refering to the Xbox quests I believe. And I know the reward won't be sent out till later, but the problem I'm having is that it is not tracking my completions.

Mine aren't lighting up either, and I've definitely done all 3.

As a side note, I have not yet received a $10 reward for October's challenges.
