November Challenges Stuck on Incomplete

November Xbox Quests not updating after completions.

I logged into mixer 5+ days, earned 400+ gamerscore, and downloaded 2+ games with gold, but my November challenges (for the samsung TV sweepstakes) aren't updating. I thought they were supposed to change green when complete? Still grey.

Achievements not correct

I logged in every day in November and completed at least one daily challenge, but the "Winds At Your Back" award still shows as incomplete.

November 4 2016 Klondike error

The November 4 Klondike daily challenge is to solve the game in no

more than 115 moves. I solved it in exactly 115 moves yet I got a message saying the challenge is incomplete. What's up with that?

Hey there,

Currently there is not a way to track your progress for the Xbox Quest, and we're unable to confirm if any specific requirements have been met for these promotions over the forums as well. Keep in mind that rewards will start going
out in waves, and all eligible participants will receive their rewards 30 days after the promotion has ended.

Be sure to post back if you don't receive a code by 12/31/17 so we can take a look into it. Thanks for posting!

Tried the steps, and I'm still stuck at 0/30 and 0/5, having done all five of today's challenges (and every challenge to date this month).

Before posting, I too had checked TA, and others mentioned for October and now November, the achievements' numbers weren't moving (in the comments for the individual achievements).

Mine aren't lighting up either, and I've definitely done all 3.

(this was for the Xbox Quest Samsung TV giveaway)

As a side note, I have not yet received a $10 reward for October's challenges.

I believe it is the Xbox quests. And I know it will be sent out after it is over, but my problem is that it is not tracking my completions.
