November 16 Challenge "Complete 4 irregular colored houses" did not count one completed house

Today when playing the Sudoku Challenges, the Irregular challenge to "Complete 4 irregular colored houses" did not count one completed house. As a result, I had to complete 5 houses to win the challenge. I thought you should know about this bug in case
it affects other games in the future. I have two screen shots of the game in progress which I can upload if you will tell me how..

Halo 4 Achievement "The Challenger" problem?

When you complete a challenge its important that you complete the session. E.g. If you play Spartan Ops and complete a challenge you must finish the mission and dont quit out for it to count towards the achievement. If you quit it still counts on you service
record. Same goes for war games. If you complete a kill challenge you must finish the march. Also during launchdays of Halo 4 completed challenges are known not to register. Just keep playing and it will pop. Ive never heard of someone not unlocking it eventually.

 

All Side Quests Not Possible???

i have the same problem %100 story done. I had 48 side quests completed, then went and finished Dahlia's potion quests. All safe houses, all quarantine zones.. Did enough challenges to get the achievement for that.. I completed a bunch of protection quests,
but after completing story, the same ones I did, showed back up to do all over again.. Not sure if those count towards it, but my achievement progress is stuck at %72, which definitely isn't right.
