notifications stuck on BLACK

ok this wasnt a problem at first but now its bothering me! i can select different colors and the dashboard and profile colors change to the one i pick except the notifications are BLACK even when my friend invites me on his screen my name invites black.
ive deleted my account and then redownloaded nothing helped and even reset my xbox to factory settings. still didnt help so i went to a friends house to download my name and still black notifications.... im at a loss right now because ive power cycled it and
everything nothing seems to work!

Something went wrong

Getting a lot of "Something went wrong" notifications recently when I'm pressing the home button and nothing happens. I've been stuck on games because the home screen refused to load. Game clips also seem to still have problems getting stuck loading.

That is normal. Notifications are black and there is no way to change that unfortunatley

Not to long ago my notifications (achievements, invites etc...) would be the color I picked for my profile. Even my wife's account and brother have their notifications the color the chose for the profile and dashboard but only mine stays black

 

Hi there. They used to be that way, but have since gone to a standard black. If this is something you would like back I would suggest posting at
Xbox Ideas, powered by UserVoice or searching to see if this is already suggested and up voting that already submitted idea.

Also, I'd say once your wife and brother update to the new Xbox dashboard, they'll also find that their notifications have all turned black Is just part of the new sleek xbox look

My wife's account is on my Xbox and her notifications are still pink it's only my account no matter what Xbox or dashboard I'm on. That's what I don't get why my account and not hers Even though it's same Xbox

Is the xbox connected to Xbox Live and Online? And have you done the recent update?

Yes it's connected to live and everything is up to date has a wired connection 24/7. That's why I'm so lost lol ONLY my account does it. I'm a part of the "preview" program could that be it?
