Notifications of a ban 2 years ago still showing up

So my child was stupid and got a short ban a few years ago. I cannot get the notification to clear - 800+ days later and I get reminded every time I log into the system. I joke about the permanent record with the kids - is this it?

Change notification settings: Press the Xbox button  to open the dashboard, then select Profile & System > Settings > Preferences > Notifications

I can understand. But notifications will be there at the Enforcement section and may pop-up.

Yeah that's useless. I can't talk with anyone about it and I'm not trying to appeal the temporary ban that ended 2+ years ago.
