    Notifications not working since my new layout update.


    I got the new layout about 2-3 days ago with the the audio, gamepass etc. at bottom and ever since then I have not gotten notifications. This applies for everything. Receiving invites, sending invites, messages, joining parties. This has been a huge problem as people are inviting and messaging me and at first I was oblivious to this but when I realised I restarted my Xbox, turned it off at the switch and tried looking at settings but can’t find a solution.

    I’m posting here as it happened with my update for the new layout and thought it could be linked. Any ideas?

    The update broke my Xbox One

    Well since the update it's telling me I haven't a gold membership... and the new layout is pretty bad imo.

    Yes I have tried those and my account is not blocked. Could it be since it is a new console that when the updates are download for the new Xbox dashboard layout something goes wrong. Just recalling that people have had issues with that and their profile.

    BIG message problems on xbox 1 since 1-2 days ago.

    I have the exact same issue since update.

    1. No new messages will come through. No notifications, nothing in menu.

    2. App is exactly the same. PC working fine (maybe hasn't updated).

    Have tried hard reset/deleting all messages does not work.
