Notifications not working after booting up on Instant-On power mode

When I start my console up from Instant-On power mode, notifications arrive 10 minutes late or don't arrive at all. This includes messages, party invites and game invites. This is really annoying and I really could use some help. Thanks!

TV app auto launches on 1 of 2 consoles.

Booting to TV only works if the console is in Instant On mode (as opposed to low power mode). Is it possible that's the issue?

Thanks! I tried a couple of times after booting the console from Instant-on mode, and it seems to be working fine. I'm guessing the console takes more time to boot up from Energy-saving mode and launching a game or an app as soon as the console is on may
crash it??

Try turning off Instant-On, then doing a full power cycle (hold power for 10 seconds, then unplug for 30 seconds) They should start working properly. After that you should be able to return to Instant-On with no issues.

I am getting this error code after I changed my Xbox One power mode from Energy-saving to Instant-on because I wanted to download a game while off. Now it takes 10 mins from me turning on the power to getting the green boot up screen. Even ğetting to the
green boot up screen, it does not boot up the console at all.

Right now, I advise whoever is suffering from this issue, DO NOT change your power mode to Instant-on.

I think all the suggested methods have been discussed earlier in the thread and at least for me those did not work.

Here's my feedback on the issue

Does the issue occur with a different controller?

Yes

Which power mode is your console set to? Instant on mode or energy-saving mode?

Instant mode

Does the issue occur when your controller is connected with a USB cable?

No. Xbox starts just fine when USB is attached

How often does the issue occur?

When I change setting from power saving to instant mode the first boot on instant mode works OK. After that I need to manually start from the console and controller start up will not work at all. "Xbox on" voice command worked with kinect but this is not
an option for me because finnish is not supported.

I just noticed that restart using controller worked when I shutdown the console while battlefield 4 was running. After I stopped the game before shutdown, xbox cannot be started using controller in instant mode.

Looks like something's wrong with the firmware as the issue cannot be reproduced while game is on and it works just fine on first boot after power mode change
