Notifications not showing up.

Got my Xbox last Thursday (2nd march 2017) , ever since, I'm not getting any notifications, friend invites, game invites, achievements, party invites, the only type of notifications I get is messages and when a application/game to ready to launch after downloading
it.

Also when I send game invites to my friends they don't get any invites from me, but they do see invites from others.

I have tried removing my account from the Xbox and hard resetting it, and getting my account back on the Xbox, still don't get the notifications. I know my notifications are all on 100% and doing many other things that I have read on Google and from YouTube
and still to no luck.

Anyone knows how to fix this issue.

Edit: My NAT Type is open. Connected through wired connection.

When you say you reset the Xbox One console's OS, do you mean you
factory reset your console? If so, which version did you do? If not, let's have you try the option that allows you to keep your games and apps and see how that goes.

MS very bad! I hate this Xbox One.. i use MS services 5 years. I buy two consoles - Xbox One Halo 5 Limited Edition and Battlefield Green 1 TB limited. I pay for Gold. I pay for Games. BUT I HATE YOU MS. I don't see any notification - achievement, friedns
and etc...or i see notification for one achievement and stop..don't see any friends offline and online. **** u, Microsoft, i pay my money for you and i want see good XBL service. I don't want soft reset and etc. Sucks! When i use xbox 360 - best dashboard,
best xbl. In xbox one generation i see two year problem with notification. I don't want losing my time for this problems, i special purchase Xbox one and what i see? PROBLEM ONLY. I OFFICIALLY UPDATE MY CONSOLE. ANT THEN WHAT? Please, get out indian coders
from you software development. Its...i don't find any words for say how i hate you, Xbox Seo, and all idiots team. Cya, idiots. Give me GOOD SERVICE. GIVE ME **** NOTIFICATION FOR ACHIEVE. FRIEND OFF/ONLINE. I TRIED power off/on, enable-disable notification.

Had the same issue before being in the insiders program. Had a 4 hour chat/troubleshooting session with Xbox Support and nothing could fix the issue.
