    Notifications issue


    Friends are inviting me to join their game and I'm not receiving a notification but I can send them invites and they get them. Pretty sure my notifications aren't working at all. Any fix for this?

    Dark souls achievements not working

    Check your notifications. I've had recent issues with games not popping up and when I check notifications there's a boat load there

    Hey check that you have them turned one go to Settings, select Preferences and then select Notifications, also try a power cycle support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console

    If that didn't solve it try deleting your profile and downloading it again.

    Have you checked your NAT type to see if it is a network issue? You can check your NAT to see if it is open in the network settings. If it's not, reset your router.

    Notifications issue

    I was having the same problem with a friend of mine trying to play Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag. In the end, she simply performed a hard reboot (remove power completely then power back on) on her console and everything worked again. A week or two later,
    I had the same issue. I hard booted my console and everything worked normally again. I do not understand how this fixed the problem, but I will not argue with success.

    Hey there TPrach,

    Sorry to hear about the notification problem. Let's check a few things to narrow this down. Does the issue persist when using both wired or wireless network connections on the console? Have you tried to remove your profile from the console and re-add it
    to see if that helped?



    Run a Detailed Network Statistics test on the Xbox One console and please provide the following information.

    • Download Speed
    • Upload Speed
    • Latency
    • Packet Loss %
    • Wireless Strength (if applicable)

    That information will help us determine the next best steps. Thanks!

    Check if you have this account still listed as friend and if you have send it messages lately

    In the future remember to not use other gtags in the forums
    Sorry about using other gamertags but I don't see how else this issue could have been addressed. Is there another way to get information to the moderators in addition to reporting via the console? I don't have him listed as a friend. I've only sent him one
    message since winter 2018 (which was 3 weeks ago) warning him about this. Thank you.

    I haven't tried them yet mate as most of mine are turned off but judging by the sound of your description it would be nice if they offered "small, medium, large" notifications for the user to choose from.
