Notifications, Invites, etc. not working

So for the past week or so I've come to realize I've had some problems with things on my Xbox One. For starters, notifications of practically any kind are not showing up. This includes game invites, party invites, when my favorites sign on, etc. This
also means that I can't join any game I'm invited to since I don't actually receive anything, or at the very least it's not showing up. This also has caused parties to be weird for me where someone joins my party but not only do I not get the notification,
but the snapped party app won't display their name at all. I have no idea why any of this is happening considering I've checked and still have notifications on and haven't changed anything.

Friends Online Notifications

I'm not getting any notifications for friends coming online either, messages, party invites etc. all show up though.

 

Not receiving game invites

For some reason I am not receiving all my game invites. I occasionally get ones but not all of them. I get message notifications, friends signing on etc but not game invites.

 

Ok, can you please try the following steps:

1. Go to Settings>Disc & Blu Ray

2. Click Clear Persistent Storage 3 times

3. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts off.

That should fix the issue.

 

Ok I think it worked, someone from xbox 360 while I was on One, sent me a message and I got a notification for it. Thank you Onyx, we need to spread the cure because I know alot of people have that problem.

 

Well this issue just came back and I tried the fix. Though it didn't work. Nothing has worked. I talked to 5 different customer support reps, and finally found it's a preview program glitch.
