Notifications don't popping up (problems)

It start from the beginning when I bought Xbox One. My notifications are delayed when I get achievements, someone invited in party or game, etc. Sometimes I get notification sometimes no. I've tried hard reset, restore factory defaults don't work.

1. Russia, Moscow

2. Dlink Dir-615

3. 2 consoles Xbox One & Xbox 360

4. All consoles connected through wire

5. I've tried connect Xbox One through wire without router but don't work, same problem

6. No problem with NAT (always open)

7. No Errors

8. Internet provider - Powernet

9. UPnP enabled

Xbox One:

Downloading speed - 6.71 Mbps

Upload speed - 44.57 Mbps

Packet loss - 0%

MTU - 1480

Latency - 218 ms

Friends online notifications not popping up

I talked With some friends on my friendslist, and they all said they had problems With no Notifications popping up, when friends sign in. So its obviously something very wrong

Is this an Xbox One related issued or both Xbox 360 and Xbox One?

First off, make sure you check to make sure you have the latest update.

Now on Xbox One, you can give a reset a try. To do this hold down the X icon on the front of the Xbox One for 8-10 seconds. Wait about 30 seconds then turn it back on and see if it still lags.

Let us know the outcome/if it helps any.

Problem only on Xbox One, I have latest update and yes I've tried hold down the X icon on the front of the Xbox One for 8-10 seconds (I thought it called hard reset)

I have the same problem today. Achievements notifications don't pop up on screen but they have been counted to my account. Just didn't pop up on screen. I can see them at Community section too. Yesterday everything was fine. Other notifications work fine.

Hello I'm haveing a problem with the notification tab, nothing shows up in it besides when your installing a game and it tells you when it's ready to play, but all notifications pop up on screen right away, but they just don't show up in the notification
tab, anyway to fix this?

I think the notification pop- up problem is fixed because a while ago today, I play Zheroes and unlocked two achievements and I got the pop up notification. I though it was a fluke at first so I turn off my Xbox One and waited for an hour. After an hour
pasted, I started playing NS4 and I unlocked eight achievements with pop up notifications.

I don't know if this fix permanent or It just working today or it just working for my Xbox One, but think the problem with notification is finally over (until the next title update).

Same thing happening here. It seems like I get message notifications, but my acheivments almost never pop up. I just got four achievements in dead rising and not one of them actually popped up on screen. I sure hope they fix this

Yeah, for me sometimes it affects the messages being sent and being able to see messages and your friend's list. Mainly messages.

Ok thanks. As long as its more of a “normal” thing that can happen. I guess it could be a glitch with the series x/s on the system now as well?
