Notifications are not showing up

A few updates ago I starting getting a notification issue. I do not receive any friends requests, achievements, party invites, friends coming online notifications anymore. They do not even show up in my notification center. People keep telling me they are
sending them but I never see them. I have done the following things to resolve this issue but the fix only works for about a day then goes back to no notifications: reset the Xbox OS in the options, removed my profile, hard resets, removed myself from the
preview program. Again all this does is resolve it for a day and it doesn't fix the issue. Microsoft please fix this.

Friend Notifications are not showing up.

I've checked my settings and everything works but still no notifications. I can get messages and invites but I don't get friend notifications when they get online.

Had the same issue before being in the insiders program. Had a 4 hour chat/troubleshooting session with Xbox Support and nothing could fix the issue.

When you say you reset the Xbox One console's OS, do you mean you
factory reset your console? If so, which version did you do? If not, let's have you try the option that allows you to keep your games and apps and see how that goes.

MS very bad! I hate this Xbox One.. i use MS services 5 years. I buy two consoles - Xbox One Halo 5 Limited Edition and Battlefield Green 1 TB limited. I pay for Gold. I pay for Games. BUT I HATE YOU MS. I don't see any notification - achievement, friedns
and etc...or i see notification for one achievement and stop..don't see any friends offline and online. **** u, Microsoft, i pay my money for you and i want see good XBL service. I don't want soft reset and etc. Sucks! When i use xbox 360 - best dashboard,
best xbl. In xbox one generation i see two year problem with notification. I don't want losing my time for this problems, i special purchase Xbox one and what i see? PROBLEM ONLY. I OFFICIALLY UPDATE MY CONSOLE. ANT THEN WHAT? Please, get out indian coders
from you software development. Its...i don't find any words for say how i hate you, Xbox Seo, and all idiots team. Cya, idiots. Give me GOOD SERVICE. GIVE ME **** NOTIFICATION FOR ACHIEVE. FRIEND OFF/ONLINE. I TRIED power off/on, enable-disable notification.

Still having the same issue. All notifications work except messages. Both my xbxo and on my phone.....Microsoft please help
