Notifications and Achievements Dead

I have had no notifications other than Hello and Bye and Controller batteries low and no achievement progress for over a month now. In Smite things pop up showing I did something that would lead to an achievement but the achievements never unlock in fact
my achievement screen show any progress. Heck, I have been playing ranked at level 30 for over a month now and the achievement for reaching level 30 won't unlock. I'm still only 70% there.

I have tried everything from wireless, wired, hard restart, resetting Xbox keeping games, resetting deleting everything deleting profile adding it again etc. Nothing as worked. I don't think there is anything else I have read about that has been suggested
that I have not tried.

Help Xbox, what is next?

Achievement notification not working

I've also had this issue in Dead Rising 3 and AC IV. Some achievements get a notification and some don't.

Hi i have a small problem with achievements some times but not all the time i get no notification that i have unlocked one but when i look at my profile it says i have unlocked it?

for example i will be just playing through a game and i will unlock an achievement and will get a bloop bloop then the next time i unlock one no bloop bloop but will be unlocked if i manually look at my achievement list....i did do the reset thing and it
started working fine then after a couple of days its doing it again on multiple games

Any idea how to sort this problem out as its getting quite annoying now

Hey there Dethklok318,

Sorry to hear about the issue with not being able to see any notifications. Let's have you try these steps.

First open the notifications tab on the console and make sure to clear out any notifications you see so we can start fresh.

Then try the following.

1. Turn off all notifications on the Xbox One console.

2. Remove your profile from the console.

3. Power Cycle the Xbox One console.

4. Re-add your profile and turn on notifications, then test to see if the notifications are popping up again.

If that doesn't work, let's try to clear the Alternate MAC and see if that helps.

1. Go to Settings

2. Under Network click on Network Settings

3. Click on Advanced Settings

4. Click on Alternate MAC address

5. Select Clear

Your console will then restart, after the restart go ahead and try to see if it works for you then.

HERE that can assist with these problems. Make sure when you try the steps you give it the full 72 hours to resolve, before you move on to Step 3 which is the Survey.
