So I received this message in my email when I get home...

"This message is to notify you that your Xbox Live account has been subject to enforcement action due to a violation of the Microsoft Services Agreement.

This notification has been sent to your Xbox Live account and the email address associated with your Microsoft Account. For additional information please visit enforcement.xbox.com.

This violation was brought to the attention of the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team through complaints filed by other Xbox Live players or in the course of our operation of the service. After reviewing any complaints and
other available evidence, the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team determined that a violation of the Microsoft Services Agreement occurred and enacted the appropriate enforcement.

I have absolutely no way of contacting XLCM because I have no option for a case review. This message is extremely vague and in no way am I able to find out exactly what was done to cause offense. I'm gonna guess that some kid got
mad because he didn't get a free item after begging me for one... and started reporting posts. Even so, if XLCM is going to accuse someone of something and temporarily suspend paid accounts... they should provide the evidence or offensive item.

Notice of Xbox Live enforcement action

I've received an email from xbox saying something about Xbox live logo.
(this message is to notify you that your Xbox Live account has been subject to enforcement action due to a violation of the Microsoft Services Agreement.)

I did not do anything or even have a profile pic that violate any of the agreement. What do I do??

Case reviews are available on an eligibility basis. Generally, suspensions that are less than 24 hours in length are not eligible for a case review. Case reviews are
the only way to contact Xbox Enforcement.

I'm going to guess that you got a 24-hour communication suspension, which mutes your account from mic-use and messaging (but you are still able to play multiplayer games). This is typically the result of trash talking over the mic or sending profane Xbox
messages to others. Regardless of what happened, think about your past behavior on Xbox Live, and please read the
Xbox Code of Conduct to help yourself avoid any other violations in the future.

The Xbox Enforcement team does not post here, and no user on the forums has access to Enforcement records.

Unfortunately no one here in the forums will be able to tell you anything about the email.

It does look like an official email from the MS enforcement team and the enforcement.xbox.com is their official website so if your account does have a suspension on it, it would be a matter of signing in there and it would give you information about all
enforcement actions that have ever been placed on your account.

i just got that today and i can't recall saying or doing anything that would warrant that kind of response,

there could something wrong on there end? if i'm going to be labeled in a wrong manner then i should be able to see what it is there siting me for. i want to see the prof that's not much to ask for. i have never written or made a
video that would be construed as inappropriate or violate Xbox rules.

Hey TarrierCub57!

Use of profanity is a violation of the CoC for online interactions, this is most likely why you have received a warning and/or ban, you have not specified what, if any action was actually taken against you.

Just be a little more delicate with your choice of words in future and everything will be fine, when things are written they are much easier to see and record.

Even 'Sounds like or Looks like' profanity is a violation, therefore using "-" to replace one letter does not take away from the intended wording as you have used above.

May be a little bit late but I just got this! I commented on one of my good friends posts "[Mod Removed]" since he got access to the BF1 closed alpha. He said he did not report me and was fine with my comment! IDK who reported me or why
I just really want this off my record!
