You have to sign-in with your account and go at "how do I?" at the top of the page, here you can view the type of feedback that you have received from other gamers.

Whatever happened with your account, anything involving suspensions is exclusively handled on the Xbox Enforcement website: http://enforcement.xbox.com

Not every Enforcement action is eligible for a case review, and the forums will be unable to help as nobody here has access to your Enforcement records.

Any Enforcement action is only handled on the
Xbox Enforcement website, which you have likely visited by now.

If a case review option is not available for you, then there is unfortunately nothing else that can be done about your suspension.
