Notice of Xbox Live enforcement action. but no records of it?!?!?

So i got a msg on my console and email saying Notice of Xbox Live enforcement action has taken place. support had no records of it, my game play/ partys/ xboxlive ahs not been effected at all. The support rep even had me send screen shots because
they had no idea. Im a very good player and customer, i would hate to lose my account and hundreds in games and dlcs over somthing no one knows anything about! anyone with any info it would be great!!! this is what the msg said.

Notice of Xbox Live enforcement action

Your son has written something wrong on either one of his game clips or someone else's , to me it sounds like there is no case review because there is no case! It looks like its more of a warning and I don't think it will have any impact on your account.

You should ask your son what he wrote, you could explain you've had the e-mail and Microsoft are going to investigate the comments so it would be better if he told you first.

That's just my opinion of course good luck !

Cannot Add Friends

when I click add friend it comes up with a notice of Xbox live enforcement action and the when I go to enforcement.xbox.live it says my account has a perfect record

Unfortunately no one here in the forums will be able to tell you anything about the email.

It does look like an official email from the MS enforcement team and the enforcement.xbox.com is their official website so if your account does have a suspension on it, it would be a matter of signing in there and it would give you information about all
enforcement actions that have ever been placed on your account.

i just got that today and i can't recall saying or doing anything that would warrant that kind of response,

there could something wrong on there end? if i'm going to be labeled in a wrong manner then i should be able to see what it is there siting me for. i want to see the prof that's not much to ask for. i have never written or made a
video that would be construed as inappropriate or violate Xbox rules.
