Notice of Xbox enforcement action

You can view your ban at enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review from there if eligible for one.

To see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com In situations like that, it's best to report them and block communications with them instead of responding.

Just a friendly reminder that for enforcement action there is a dedicated team that handles them which is the enforcement team. There is no direct contact with them, only by reporting and filing a case review.

To answer your inquiry, this may mean that on your son's account will not be able to use any communications or multiplayer features such as party chats during the suspension.

The best thing to do is to file a case review:

Note If you’re a member of an Xbox family group, an organizer in your family group must sign in to their Microsoft account to review your enforcement details before they can submit a case review on your behalf.

If you’re an organizer of an Xbox family group, you can choose the gamertag of the account that you’re reviewing under Viewing enforcement history for. Under Enforcement history or Active suspensions you may find active enforcements for your account, or one that you’ve selected.

Choose an enforcement action to review more info about the cause and effect of the enforcement in the pop-up window.

If the enforcement action qualifies for case review, you can select Submit an appeal to receive more info from Xbox Safety.

After you’ve completed the form, select Submit.

you can then see the details and submit a review if the ban is longer than 3 days.

there is nobody to talk to as the enforcement team are separate from everyone, they have no email or phone and support are not allowed to deal with it.

you get one review and that is it.

this is the ONLY way to deal with it.

For the record that didnt say a cussword it just said *removed*

overriding the filter on the forums can get you in trouble as well/
