    Notice of Gamertag violating ToC


    I just received a notice of violating the ToC for my gamer tag. I want to appeal this decision as I picked this tag to replace another gamer tag that was found violating, and I wanted to make sure I was complying.

    Banned off Xbox Live?

    I recieved a message/ notice today claiming that i have violated the "Terms of Use" And therefor banned from Xbox Live but i dont recall Violating any of the "Terms Of Use". So i ask Why was i Banned? My gamertag is

    Also it makes you N/A for some xbox events and specials if you have enforcement against you.

    You mean you got a warning that your current tag violates the code of conduct?

    If so, you are extremely lucky to get a warning and you should change it straight away, as a second violation could get you a permanent ban.

    Sounds dodgy,the only warning you get is the terms & conditions you agree to when you start your gamertag.

    If your tag is against the code of conduct then they just change it to a random one,they don't warn you first.

    If your united enforcement then using the united enforcement feature would be ten times more reliable and efficient.

    I guess 100 Gamertag reports per day is just not enough for you huh?

    I get the ToC violations but really just play the game and let P.e.t and the mods do their job.

    That's easy, violate every single ToC of Xbox and your account will be perma banned for 9 thousand years in no time. Have fun! ;)

    Question relating to account suspensions while playing on other accounts

    In conclusion, a double suspension isn’t possible on both accounts. The enforcement team simply suspends the console along with the account that made the violation of the ToC/CoC.
