Notice of enforcement recieved after logging back on xbox after a 3 month break

There you should be able to login and review your current situation and possibly file an appeal. Do know that if anyone else has possibly used your account during your time away and did something against the Code of Conduct. It would still result in your
account having the enforcement action enforced.

[/quote]I came back just after the challenges started, but trying to grind out the shotgun challenges has been terrible so I have taken a bit of a break with Lego LOTR, FarCry 3 SR 3 etc. Might play this weekend though.

today i just found out that a Notice of enforcement from the enforcement team. dont know why as ive not played a online game or chatted to anyone for the last 2 months the only person been playing online is my wifes brother how was staying for the last 3
months.

yes the xbox support team as completely useless when it comes to this.

Cant contact them untill 24 hours after notice to find out your suspension or ask for a review.

they have no right in doing this but what can you do.

go to enforcement.xbox.com and press check my xbox.

it takes a min and then it goes back to front page and tells you.

i see what you are saying grey pilgrim , but i was on the phone and they took the money , it would be fair doos if they took it out after my xbox live gold ran out , they also locked my account for the first time i payed my £15 to get it unlocked after being
told i would only recieve 2 months, then when the 2 months went , they locked it agian and said that i would only recieve 2 months again , it was then when they took my money after i phones them up as i had just gone out and bought a 3 month xbox live code

typically after a launch people go on vacation or take a break .. i know it's not "right" in our eyes but they deserve a break and i'm sure key people are simply on vacation/taking a break .. when they get back you'll notice a lot of updates/news.
