I would like to know why I am being enforced due to my profile pictures when I have had no type of nudity nor anything going against the xbox live code of conduct when theres other people who get away with half ***** girls. ive received the message saying
theres a enforcement but when I go to enforcement history nothing pops up. due to people being inmature because I am a female and better then they are ive been falsely reported and would like action taken upon or to receive how long I'm not allowed to upload
my custom picture for

As stated your only option would be to open a case review. This is usually a copyright thing if its a non offensive pic. Since Enforcement would look at it before making a decision I doubt it's from being reported. Unfortunately all you can do is wait
out the ban.

Hi, sorry to hear about your issue with your gamerpic. There are many reasons why you could have been enforced upon, from nudity, right down to copy right infringements. We have no access to any of your information, here on the forums. It would not be
taken down due to false reporting, as reports are reviewed by a real person. As already stated, your only recourse is via the enforcement site.

What is Case Review?

Case Review is a tool that allows players who have received an enforcement action (for example, an account suspension or forced Gamertag change) to have their enforcement reviewed by a member of the Xbox Live
Policy & Enforcement Team. Suspensions are never issued lightly, but Case Review allows Xbox Live members to interact directly with XBLPET and gain greater understanding of the enforcement and why action was taken. In the very rare event that the review determines
that a mistake was made or the enforcement was not necessary, steps will be taken to remedy the situation.

The only way to contact anyone that can alter suspensions (or to appeal it or ask about it) is to contact enforcement through a case review:

https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/howto#sub-topic0-6 Xbox support and phone support can not alter suspensions. Only enforcement can - and ONLY through a case review. To do a case review your suspension must be active, have been applied within the
last year and be longer than 24 hours. You may have to do a quiz on the code of conduct before you can do a case review, and if you fail you will have to wait 24 hours to try again.

Usually this suspension for uploading custom gamerpics is permanent.

If you don't see any enforcement action on that page I would contact xbox support - of whom we are not on the forums. If you do have an enforcement action on that list they will simply redirect you to the case review like I've said:

Also, every enforcement action is manually applied and if you are getting falsely reported nothing will happen, even if you have a million false reports. This action means that you broke the code of conduct somehow.

I did noticce in the error that it is listing the gamertag that was recently changed with the account not the current one. I was forced to change it due to a TOS or complaint
