    Nothings working. Can someone help?


    I have just a normal Xbox 1 and everything was working fine just a couple of days ago like my gta 5 i bought and have already played plus game pass games but now nothing will load after i click it to play. I’ve also noticed it won’t let me delete games either.

    Additional information is needed, please tell me:

    Are you using an insider build / beta OS in your console?
    Is this happening with basically all your games or only GTA V?
    And, what did you tried so far to fix this problem
    In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

    In the meantime try power cycling your console
    1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
    Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on and verify
