    Be Careful ..XBOX Live

    For those that don't know, never follow links in an email that ask for information go to the official site and log in there on your own. Easiest way to avoid scam emails.

    Not if you bought as a gift. You can ask for refund by contacting support at Contact Us | Xbox Support. On step 2 select No when asked for Virtual Agent.

    We have disabled the yellow light notification, and removed it from user's pages. To be clear, this notification was not an alert indicating an issue with Rewarding. We apologies for the confusion this notice may have caused.

    Can't change email.

    I'm not receiving an error code, I'm receiving "Wrong information" basically. It's after I sign into both my current email, and the new email. Yes, I have tried different email addresses and I still get the same error.. that the information is wrong, when
    it's spot on. Might as well just start a new damn account. //sigh.

    When you login to xbox.com the account information is wrong?

    Go to your console and check your email address under My Xbox ->Account Information.

    If the email is in correct - Recover this, junk, account onto the console then under the account information, change the email address to a new one so only one GT is link to that email.
