Nothing works Xbox one

At the start of the week, my Xbox started loading everything really slow sometimes taking 20mins just to get to the home page, I've done a couple of hard resets and even a factory reset. After doing this it would occasionally work for a couple of hours
but since yesterday day nothing works at all, it will take about 30mins to get on to the home page and most of the games and apps dont even appear and when you try to click on any of the apps or try to go to settings it crashes. does any one have any idea
what it wrong or how to & how much it will cost to fix?

Nothing works on Xbox One S

So I'm in between houses now and the new house has an Xbox One S while the old house has an original Xbox one set as home system. Started seeing issues awhile ago with games not loading and crashing to dashboard (i.e DS3) and figured it was a not home Xbox
issue of some kind and didn't have time to figure it out. Now absolutely loads on the Xbox One S and everything crashes to dashboard. Thought hard resets or making my home Xbox would help but no. And it seems like many others are this issue as well. I've been
with Xbox since day 1 (literally) and this is getting sad, where I'm actually not even wanting to fix it because there will inevitible be another's issue afterwards. It blows me away that somehow my day one Xbox one still works but all the new ones seem to
have countless problems. Please tell me there's an easy fix for this because I might just give up.

Hi there,

did you do a factory reset with or without keeping Games and Apps installed?

If you did it with Games and Apps installed then I suggest trying it again without keeping them installed to see what happens.

If it fails to work properly after a full factory reset then I suggest to create a service request for the console, the price will be shown when setting up the service request, since it can be different per region.

Same with me except I can't play titanfall or nba2k. I stupidly tried to update my 2k and it was going good but suddenly it stopped at 45%. I've factory reset my xbox and I'd rather not delete everything again. Any feedback would be great. I just got my
xbox and I'm starting to regret it.

I would recommend trying a hard reset on your Xbox One consoles, as many seem to have done that and it has worked for them.

They way I fixed this problem was restoring my Xbox One.

At this point a factory reset is probably the best suggestion.

If you are ready to reset your console to the factory default settings, follow these steps:

Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Select System.

Select Console info & updates.

Select Restore factory defaults.

Read the warning message, and then select Yes.

You could try the solution above or contact Xbox support they may be able to determine if your console is faulty if that's the case hope that your warranty is in date they will offer you a replacement if you have a sticker machine or a printer you can use
the pre paid sticker that they will give you alternatively you could contact where you bought the Xbox one from explain to them your console is faulty and you need a replacement again make sure your warranty is in date. Hope this helps
