Nothing works tried everything

I have an Xbox one s. For the last month or so it has been running terrible. Half the time it doesn't make it past the green loading screen, I have tried everything. Today it was running fine all morning then one of the videos I was watching on Disney
plus stop loading, figured it was my internet. Unplug my router and my modem and let it sit, plugged it all back in and it booted up like normal but none of my app widgets would load. My internet's fine as my son is watching YouTube on his tablet. I however
on my Xbox can't even get YouTube to load up. This isn't the first time this has happened, I have factory reset it cleared my persistent storage, cleared my cache. I have been on countless forums, talk to Xbox several times. The only thing that helps is a
hard factory reset but that only lasts for a few days. I'm about to factory reset it again making it two times in two days. I tried just to restart it and it won't even restart itself, it's literally sitting on a black screen hasn't even attempted to shut
itself down in power back up yet. I feel like this is a problem since the last update at the beginning of November, as of now this is very unacceptable. Makes it hard to recommend Xbox to anybody when mine runs like garbage. Also just for info my Xbox sits
out in the open and gets regularly cleaned with computer duster. This has been extremely frustrating especially now during another quarantine, I'm in Michigan and currently laid off for two more weeks.
