Nothing works on my Xbox One

So for Christmas I was given a code to get a digital copy of Battlefield One. I started to install it and it was installing perfectly fine. Then it eventually stopped and wouldn't do anything. I tried to uninstall to reinstall it and realized that barely
anything else works on the console either. I've restarted it and even did a factory reset while keeping games and apps and its still having the same issue. I should note that I had the power go out for a few hours the other day and when the power came back
on it turned my xbox on with it. Since then its been having issues and I don't know what to do about it. Any help would be appreciated.

Nothing works on Xbox One S

So I'm in between houses now and the new house has an Xbox One S while the old house has an original Xbox one set as home system. Started seeing issues awhile ago with games not loading and crashing to dashboard (i.e DS3) and figured it was a not home Xbox
issue of some kind and didn't have time to figure it out. Now absolutely loads on the Xbox One S and everything crashes to dashboard. Thought hard resets or making my home Xbox would help but no. And it seems like many others are this issue as well. I've been
with Xbox since day 1 (literally) and this is getting sad, where I'm actually not even wanting to fix it because there will inevitible be another's issue afterwards. It blows me away that somehow my day one Xbox one still works but all the new ones seem to
have countless problems. Please tell me there's an easy fix for this because I might just give up.

 

Nothing works Xbox one

At the start of the week, my Xbox started loading everything really slow sometimes taking 20mins just to get to the home page, I've done a couple of hard resets and even a factory reset. After doing this it would occasionally work for a couple of hours
but since yesterday day nothing works at all, it will take about 30mins to get on to the home page and most of the games and apps dont even appear and when you try to click on any of the apps or try to go to settings it crashes. does any one have any idea
what it wrong or how to & how much it will cost to fix?

 

Hey DANA 2722! Is the console plugged directly in to the wall or is it going through a surge protector? Because the console is new, it may be better to return it to the retailer. Post back and let me know how it goes!
