    Nothing Will Load On Xbox One


    I've tried everything I can to get my Xbox working again, but it just won't load anything at one point it was working but when I turned it off and came back an hour later it just wouldn't work anymore.

    It will say Cortana is taking to long to load and when I press ok it's doesn't do anything till minutes later and even when it goes through no pictures will load on the home screen then after a minute the screen goes black and I do anything to change setting
    and fix it.

    nothing will load on my Xbox one. Shoes title screen then black. Then back to home. YouTube will show load screen then black with load icon. Nothing works. Help please. What do I do.

    I did try to remove my profile but the settings menu wouldn't load either. I've just managed to sign in after yet another hard reset but now I'm back to the games not loading up.

    Are your games purchased or through game pass? The problem may very well be that you need an internet connection.

    Hi, sorry to see you're having so many issues all at once, I'm not sure this will work for you but power the console off and disconnect the power supply until from the mains outlet, also take the power cable out of the xbox one, let it stand like this for
    ten minutes. Reconnect the power cable, connect the power supply to the mains power outlet and try the console again please.
