Nothing will launch on console after resume (X has taken too long to start)

I've run into problems with my XB1 where it won't launch anything after resuming from sleep. Hard powering off/on fixes things, but if I sleep/resume, I'll get "Unfortunately X is taking too long to start". I was in Preview Beta, and I downgraded to Omega,
which went though initial setup again. Ventilation is good, and I've blown out as much dust as I can. Console is a day one unit. Is this a known problem? Anything else that can be done?

The only other odd behaviour I've had with it recently is watching a BR movie, the console hard froze after about 90 minutes. Needed to hard reboot (pull power), and was then able to finish.

All other games/apps are digital, and problem seems to be identical whether on internal or external storage.

Have you tried a hard reset? If not, try doing one. Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console it helps with so many things.

If you have the game on disc, try cleaning the disc.

 

Perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

If that doesn't work try uninstalling/reinstalling one of the games to see if that helps.

Tried that, and same problem. I also tried doing a "reset this console" from in the OS, and that seemed to help for a bit (I could sleep the console, wait 2 mins, and then resume), but then I left it for a few hours, and nothing would resume again. Is
there something different with a short/long term suspend?

For now, my solution has been to switch everything to "energy saving" to do a full power down every time. Means startup is painfully long, and I can't stream, but at least it should work.
