I got a new xbox today i signed in to my account and tried installing a few games I own digitally and none will install

Cant install anything or even transfer anything...

So basically i bought the tomb raider season pass on friday and as soon as i bought it nothing would install..... everything stays at 0% and just says its in the queue i cancelled the download and tried to reinstall it but now if i click install literally
nothing happens and just stays in the ready to install pile. I cant even transfer games between my hard drives that gets put into a queue as well or even trying to install a game click install nothing happens. Anyone else experience this?

I had a download code for FIFA 14 and it keeps going from installing 0% to queued to installation stopped!

I'm sorry to hear about this installation issue being experienced with your new Xbox. I'd be happy to provide some information.

Let's try a complete reboot by performing a hard reset and a
power cycle.

When you're doing that I recommend to fully reboot your modem and router as well by simply unplugging those devices from the power for at least 5 minutes.

Once everything is fully rebooted try downloading your games again.

instabilities in the xbox live network. This instability affects the redemption of codes, purchase of games, and
download of games. Probably for this reason your game is not working. Wait for a while until the network stabilizes.

Please do try the solution as provided by Diego, however please be aware that Italo is correct as well in that we are currently experiencing an Xbox Live outage as it relates to content purchasing and usage, which includes downloading purchases (either new
or old). You can track the outage
here. If you'd like notification about when it is over, you can choose to be notified on that same page by entering a 10-digit cell phone number for a one-time only text from Xbox directly.

Hello,

I have the same issue. I purchased the bundle which includes Fifa 19 and Madden 19. Fifa installed with no issues, but Madden is not showing in my ready to install list.

When I go to the store to download from there, there is no option to install to my devices. It just says that I own the game.
