nothing showing up

my xbox one will turn on and has to be turn off by pressing the power button also , shows nothing and the controller will not sync either, i have tried hard reboot , tried the eject and power button together nd still get no visual or anything

i signed up to xbox rewards at christmas when i got my new xb1 and decided to go digital . when i check my rewards, it shows nothing at all and doesn't show my credits. i'm a bit confused . it shows nothing on my stars even though i have purchased fair
few games . please help.

It's just a glitch. You'll just have to wait for it to be fixed.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test
the results.

You did a great job in isolating your issue for the game. If any case, you will really need an antivirus to be running in your device then you can still reinstall the said app because disabling it while gaming will do (you may try to disable the antivirus in the PC system tray). I will be closing this thread for today.

Hey, sorry I didn’t respond, turns out it was the antivirus that was affecting the game. I uninstalled it and the game along with a couple others worked fine.
