nothing on my xbox one will sync to any game or app during and after the store update

There could be a delay in sync in Xbox app. Try to sign out to your Xbox app then update your Xbox and gaming services apps, here's how:

Press the Start button on the taskbar, type store, and open the Microsoft Store app.

Select Library.

Under Updates & Downloads, check if there are any updates available for the Xbox app or Gaming Services app. If an update is available, select Update.

Once it's done, re-sign in your account and check to see if it works.

So , i need to keep xbox beta to be running on my back ground apps ,right ,while quitting from FH4 . Is there any cloud sync option in the x box beta app ?

The Xbox App doesn't need to be running at all.

Syncing, updates are actually managed by the Windows Store.

Syncing is completely automated, you do don't need to anything.

During my earlier troubleshooting I uninstalled gaming services, so that wasn't listed. I started the other ones and I could log into the xbox app but I couldn't reinstall gaming services or successfully complete any other Microsoft Store updates, it gave me the same error code.

Check if there are any pending windows updates. Update it to the latest version. Check if there are any updates for the windows store and xbox app. Force quit the game and try updating and launch the game. After updates restart the PC

Often times there are updates for the Microsoft store. I have seen one a week for a while and sometimes two updates during a week. Sometimes these don't always auto install so if it happens again look under my games and apps then updates see if one is there.
