    Ok, so I was playing GTA Online and I bought a $20 dollar shark card. It sat at 1% for about five minutes and I figured I needed to close the game cuz maybe my internet was acting like an *** as it tends to. So I exit the game and wait about five more minutes
    then it says it was unable to download, I know I can get that taken care of easily, that's not my issue. After that I tried to load up GTA V again and it just sat at a black screen. I went to Xbox and tried several more times, same thing. I then tried Minecraft
    and it loads but when I select a storage device it just sits with the load symbol spinning and won't do anything. I can't afford to buy a new Xbox 360, or get it repaired. So any tips that might get this thing working again would be lovely. Otherwise, Microsoft
    just lost a customer.

    I did try to remove my profile but the settings menu wouldn't load either. I've just managed to sign in after yet another hard reset but now I'm back to the games not loading up.

    Are your games purchased or through game pass? The problem may very well be that you need an internet connection.

    Ive got the same problem my xbox wont load any games or app and after about 30 seconds kicks me back to the home screen

    Hi, sorry to see you're having so many issues all at once, I'm not sure this will work for you but power the console off and disconnect the power supply until from the mains outlet, also take the power cable out of the xbox one, let it stand like this for
    ten minutes. Reconnect the power cable, connect the power supply to the mains power outlet and try the console again please.
