    Nothing is working


    Ever since the September update, I'm unable to install any games without it saying "Instillation Stopped" the second after I press install. I also can't play any games or use any apps. The only thing I can do is use Youtube. I've tried hard resets constant
    times but the problem continues to occur. I've also noticed i'm not the only with this problem for there are other forums with the same thing happening to them.

    im having a similar issue.

    my digital purchases that i owned and bought wont start at all. but the hard copies suchs as assassin creed syndicate does. xbox -_-

    Nothing is working.

    Since 12:30am 10/25/2016, CST, nothing on my Xbox one will run. I was kicked from Minecraft. Error codes "don't exist" when I enter them into the Microsoft support page, and all games and apps tell me I'm offline or I don't own the app. Xbox service site
    says games and apps are "running", when they aren't. Core and purchases are having issues, but nothing about games. This is ridiculous. I can't even turn off my internet and play my console. When did I give up my right to play single player games at my leisure?

    By hard resets you do mean full shut downs where you hold the power button for 10 seconds until the console shuts down?

    If you've tried the full shutdowns then maybe try a factory reset.

    A factory reset will format the hard drive and delete everything so you would have to download or install your games again but as long as you have been connected to Live your saves should be stored in the cloud and automatically sync next time you play a
    game.

    I'm having the same problem I can not use anything. Only two games open however the following error appears:

    Titanfall - Error reading profile

    Diablo III - Synchronization failed or was canceled

    The remaining games and apps not open ...

    Same thing happening to me since the September update, Dashboard sometimes unresponsive , xbox live cutting in and out, can't access friends list. Tried factory reset and still nothing. So annoying Nothing is working :(

    There are a lot of possible reasons why the Xbox app is now working. One of which is having a corrupted app file. To help you resolve this concern, we need to gather more details. Kindly verify the following:

    When did the issue start?

    Are you getting any error messages when trying to access the app?

    Have you made any changes on your computer prior to this concern?

    What are the troubleshooting steps you have done so far?

    Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Xbox app?

    i had this problem to it seems that no one can sign in with xbox live although thousands are slowly getting back online including me i estimate by about 7:00 western time it should work.

    Sorry for any issues you are having due to the Service alert. Looks like the service alert has been resolved.
    Please power cycle your console and
    see if it is back to normal when it comes up.

    Sorry for any issues you are having due to the Service alert. There is currently a service alert for core services, which is affecting signing in.
    What you can do is get notified once the alert is over. Visit our
    Xbox live status site
    and click on "Notify me" to receive a text message once this all blows over. Thanks for your patience and understanding in this matter.

    The server status site is also having issues due to the service alert so please be patient n all this until it is resolved.
