    Nothing is working, the game will not connect


    For a couple of days i could not connect to microsoft jigsaw og sudoku??

    Its those 2 games i like the most.

    I have check if i was logged in to x-box appen, and yes i am..

    tryed to reset microsoft store, with no luck.

    what to do???

    Why is Microsoft Bingo not working properly? Can't connect, can't receive gifts or give gifts, can't daub, nothing. FIX THIS!!

    Xbox One unable to see any Wifi. Ethernet is working.

    My Xbox was working fine (wireless) till few hours ago. Now its not able to connect to the internet/router. When i tried to connect to my router it does not see any wifi. There are many devices at home that are working fine. There are other wifi router around
    my house but xbox sees nothing. When i connect it to ethernet its working fine. I have tried the trouble shooting tips, factory reset my router and xbox. Tried adding in the SSID manually. Nothing is helping.

    have you tried siging out and back in in the Xbox app?

    Yes.. have tryed everything, i sent a message on the facebook site, i had an expert from xbox to controlled my computer for an hour, and i have even reset with new windows so i get all from scratch.. nothing will work. I cant get logged in to jigsaw and
    sudoku, and window just dissapeared...

    Yes.. have tryed everything, i sent a message on the facebook site, i had an expert from xbox to controlled my computer for an hour, and i have even reset with new windows so i get all from scratch.. nothing will work. I cant get logged in to jigsaw and

    work backwards , unhook the switch and plug the xbox into that cable , then unhook the router and hook the xbox to that cable , will have to reboot everything each time....

    i did try plugging it directly into but it was the same actually if tried about the whole trouble shooting for package los cuz that was what i got or what i kept saying now and then in between that it wasn't my fault that xbox was doing something or so
    and that everything was working perfectly.

    also tried sign out and in which didn't work either

    tried deleting my account to now have the problem that i can't retrieve it cuz of error 0x80a40019 which i tried the power cycle thing that i saw should work but also didn't work

    The dlink dgs-105 is an unmanaged switch not a router. Have you tried using a different port on the switch or plugging directly into your modem to see if you have better results? You may have a port going bad in that switch.

    What type of modem are you using?
