    Nothing is Working after November Update 2021.


    I got home today wanting to play some Halo and Forza Horizon 5 and the app keeps opening a window to download Gaming Services even though there is no download or update button. I've looked up every solution possible and nothing is working and I still can't play any Gamepass games. I'm getting extremely aggravated and I hope this is just a horrible update on your end and will be resolved soon.

    Hi Thisguy23,

    I'm sorry to hear you are having issues using your custom controller after updating. Are you experiencing these issues while using it on the Xbox console, or your PC?

    Please try reverting the firmware on your controller to the previous FW by following these steps on your Xbox console.

    To do this, Navigate to My Games and Apps, > Apps > Xbox Assist > Articles > Console & Accessories > "My controller has connection issue after the last update" > Check controller firmware > Revert Firmware
