Nothing is helping to boot up my Dashboard from a Black screen

I've booted up my Xbox to a black screen. I've tried everything from switching HDMI cables to hard restarting and even some of the tips on here including the power button and eject button to boot it in low res. It was working perfectly fine yesterday but even after trying all these methods its still botting up to a black screen. It's still flashing up on screen when people are appearing online and I can still access the menu screen to turn off the console, controller and to restart but it just continuously stays on the black screen instead of my dashboard.

With issues like the these, we recommend following the steps mentioned Troubleshooting a blank TV screen or monitor while your Xbox is on | Xbox Support page. However, If none of these solutions resolved the problem, your console may need to be serviced. Go to Device Services to submit a repair request.

My system is dead, it doesn't boot up. Green screen logo then black screen E303 error.

This means I can't get to the UI / dashboard to be able to do them steps.

The green “XBOX” screen shows at boot up but the dashboard is all black. I also get the little blue pop up at the bottom of the screen that it has logged me onto my account (Hi “gamer tag”!) over the black dashboard.

I’ve tried restarting many times.

I’ve seen there’s a recent issue with the dashboard malfunctioning and turning the screen black, effectively bricking the console unless you can reset it. I can’t even bring up a troubleshoot menu to reset it though.

I have same issue with dead rising 3. Game boots up fine but after 2 minutes my screen goes black and returns me to dashboard.

Hey i'm having the same issue my console goes to boot on the green screen takes like 5 minutes then doesn't load up the dashboard and its a pure black screen and it's not a wire issue because the screen is still connected to the xbox
