Nothing is downloading on my wifi?

So I tried to update my game of Overwatch 2 yesterday and there was no update rate and it was stuck at 0%, so I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall it, but with the same problem.

I spoke to a tech support person who tried his best but in the end told me to reset my Xbox and to see if it works. It did not and the only helpful thing I found was that it worked very slowly on my hotspot, which I tried until my data ran out about halfway through.

I have tried so many times to work it on all possible forms of Wi-Fi, wired or wireless, and have tried to reset local saves, restarted it countless times, changed my DNS, and every other way recommended by Microsoft.

The Wi-Fi is working fine, including on the Xbox where it says it has a good and strong connection, but still does not want to install anything.

This has caused me so much stress and I am really on my last shred of hope, so if anyone can find something to fix this that would be amazing

Do you mind sending screenshot of the error message?
Have tried contacting the game developer of Overwatch 2? This might be a game issue.

I’m downloading a game and it’s stopping in the same spot, and I kept retrying it. I reset my Xbox, unplugged it, and my WiFi is perfect

I have the same problem with trying to download the netflix app. It gets to 95% and doesnt download anymore and causes my xbox too freeze. Been like this for the past 2 weeks. I tried resetting xbox, wifi connection nothing seems to work

Both are already downloaded and work fine when connected. When the wifi is working nothing is affected.

Deleted the game and everything but nothing now I can't download the game. Everything else is working on wifi and cable but my Xbox 1 can't download I can go to the store and in the front screen all apps are there

My xbox game stuck downloading in between it is because of the wifi network issue.in my neighbor's wifi there is no problem.....and in my wifi if game stuck downloading in between I just turn off my xbox and like magic it continue downloading....u just have to turn off xbox and make sure that your power options is not in power saving mode...
