    Nothing is downloading ... it just shuts the game down completely!


    Have been trying to play this for three or four days now and nothing is downloading in daily challenges. I've also lost all my purchased puzzles in collection, they're showing up as downloading but when I try to load them, the whole game shuts down. Is
    anyone else having the same problems with this? I've tried uninstalling and then reinstalling several times, and the issue still exists!

    xbox wont turn off straight away

    Same thing for me. Before the update the 360 would always shut off immediately. Now it takes about 15 seconds to shut down completely. It acts like it does if you have background downloading enabled when you power off except nothing is downloading.

    Suspending the game... That's completely shutting the system down right? Not just hitting the pause button.

    Same issue here... nothing will load at all. no disc games, 360 games, downloaded games... they are all stuck on a black screen or the xbox one just shuts down.. All of this occurred after my son downloaded the new minecraft update... Any help is appreciated.
    uninstalling the minecraft games did nothing to fix issue

    I think background downloads means it will download until completion then your system will automatically shut-down. Hope this helps!

    But that doesn't answer my question quite all the way. I'm going to keep it on energy saving mode, I just want to know if the download will continue when I power down the console and then shut the console will shut off completely when it is finished.
