Nothing installs. Console has been reset twice.

I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your console.

If you don't mind, I'd appreciate it if you could answer the following questions:

- May I ask which Xbox model you are using?
- Do you have any external storage devices plugged into your console?
- Could you tell me exactly what happens when you try to install a game or app? Do you get any error codes/messages?
- When you say you have reset your console twice, do you mean a factory reset?

It has been reset for me to so I guess all 400 zombie pigment kills were for nothing and my slime kills to count this has happened twice for me.

I reset to factory twice. I did the USB key install thing three times. Absolutely nothing worked.

None of that works. I’ve hard reset my Xbox, uninstalled and installed the game twice, reset MAC settings, turned off specific graphic settings in game. Nothing will work.

I power cycled twice and did a factory reset before the original post. Nothing on my end has helped :/
