I can acess the tab but whem I select and click anyehere option nothing hapen.

Xbox store not working

The xbox store one my xbox one x isn't working properly. Can't buy or download anything through the store or game pass. It's like the top part of the screen is cut off. Tried hard rest and clear cache. Didn't work. Also doing game share with a friend. Went
online to the store and seemed to work when he logged on to my account and started downloading but nothing apeared on mine. And I couldn't sign into his account on my xbox. Any advise would be a great help thanks.

Microsoft Store via Xbox One Doesn't Start!

Hey everybody!

I'm having problems when I try to start the Games Store on Xbox One. Every time I try to start it, simply I get back to home menu on dashboard and nothing happens

I've already tryed to clean the cache restarting the console and nothing, tryed to log out from my account and re-log in and nothing...tryed to see if the store app was opened but it's not opened...it's still not working....help me please! Any ideas?!

I don't know if you did exactly these steps but maybe this could help.

You have hit the button to go back to the accounts page. But then, don't click on your existing account that you want to sign into or you will just get back into the same problem loop that won't let you sign in. You have to add a new account. It is counterintuitive because you are not actually setting up a new account. But once you click to add a new account you can choose to sign in with your Microsoft account in the Launcher. Once you do that, it will automatically use the Microsoft account to log you in from the Launcher.

If that doesn't help I'm afraid it's out of our reach. Hope it works.
