    I was told to submit a case review for a forced gamertag change. But there is nothing in my enforcement history. My old name was not offensive and did not violate any rules. My new name is more offensive and refers to female genitalia. I should not have
    to pay to change it to something else, not to mention I shouldn't have had my name changed because of some punk spammers.

    Thanks for your attention to this matter. If not handled I will happily close my live account and switch to Playstation.

    How do I submit a case review on xbox enforcement? I went to my enforcement history and it says I have been banned for 24 hours. There is no link for me to submit a case review.

    If the name was forced changed then XBLPET felt it violated the Code of Conduct. Since you don't have anything in your Enforcement History, I can only recommend
    heading over to the 09 - Xbox 360 Account Suspensions & Console Bans or 13 - Xbox One Account & Console Enforcement Actions forums to try and get in touch with the XBLPET . Make sure when creating your post that you specifically state that there is not an
    option to submit a Case Review on the Enforcement History page. Unfortunately, no one else on this section of the forum can assist since the Xbox Support personnel are not the same as the Enforcement personnel/XBLPET.

    Thanks for the support message.

    Apologies to hear that you aren't seeing that you don't have any enforcement history, however, I don't believe forced name changes show up on enforcement history. Make sure you are signed into the account at enforcement.xbox.com that received the forced
    name change as well. If you are signed into a different account that did not receive the forced name change, it will also not show up.

    Unfortunately, the XBLPET no longer offers assistance via those forums linked above, sorry.

    Should you have any other concerns, feel free to post back!

    According to the

    , forced gamer tag changes are supposed to appear:

    "Case Review is a tool that allows players who have received an enforcement action (for example, an account suspension
    or forced Gamertag change) to have their enforcement reviewed by a member of the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team.
    "

    The problem, of course, is that they are not appearing (just like gamer score resets) and there are no options for Case Reviews or to contact the Enforcement Team on the enforcement.xbox.com website. That's the reason I link to the forums even though they aren't
    supposed to be used, the user is left with no other option. I believe the only thing that is NOT supposed to appear for a case review is a console ban.

  7. I'm having the same problem as Fancy. I've been notified of a forced gamertag change, my name was changed, but there's no items in my 'enforcement history'. I'm unable to open a case. My prior Xbox live username was in use for 9 years. Nothing about
    it was offensive. I've tried several of the forums, requesting specifics about why the name change occurred, but no response. I'm having a difficult time navigating this new process. Please help.
