Nothing happens when I press network settings

I just bought an Xbox one x, and when going to network> network settings and click it nothing happens, and I can't sign in because it appears a window with an error 0x80a40019, so I'm stuck, I already did the hard reset but still the same, any ideas ?

Thx, yes I did those steps first but didn't work so I didn't know what to do,I had to change the unit for a new one sadly

Soft Reset xbox one

Let's try to power cycle your console. Please hold down the power button on the front of the console for approximately 15 seconds until the power light shuts off. Wait about 60 seconds, then power it back on. Be sure you see the green "XBOX ONE" animation loading
screen when you power it back up. if this don't help try going to the store and change the unit for a new one.
