Nothing happens when I click play

I have a GamePass Ultimate subscription and have installed Ori and the Will of the Wisps, but nothing happens when I click play button, no error - nothing.

My setup:
Windows 11 Version 21H2 (OS Build 22000.708)
AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
nVidia RTX 3080
16 GB RAM

Might worth noticing that I've installed games to my HSSD instead of SSD.

Yeah, I was. And once I left the program and removed the Xbox Insider App, all works as intended. Thank you so much!

Do you have the Xbox Insider Hub app on your computer? If you have, you are probably on the program. Just open the app and leave all programs including system updates, and beta tests.

You will be able to return to it whenever you want.

Please take a look at it and let me know if you were on the Xbox insider program.

Still nothing happens. Network is OK:

(I found the network section in the old Xbox Companion App).

Also tried launching the game from the created shortcut - nothing happens.

My region is Russia.

Please try to go to Start > Search for Xbox network and see if you find the app. I believe in Windows 11 it is on another path or only on the Xbox companion app. Try to test your connection on it and let me know the results, please.

Xbox had a server issue yesterday and that might be causing your issue. The servers already got back but some players might still have issues.

Would you please try to create a shortcut on your desktop for the game and try running the game by the shortcut instead of the Xbox app?

On the Xbox App > Right click on the game > Create a desktop shortcut.

If the issue persists, may I know your country/region, please?
